CatSitter Meridian — purrr~~~

Pictured here in curls after a swim in the Boise River, these precious girls would become my inspiration leading to Meridian's FIRST Professional Pet Sitter business, benefitting endless numbers of local area pets! 

It was 1994 when I'd arrived back from Canada earlier than expected and hurried anxiously impromptu to pick up Golden Sisters Gidget and Rosie at what I'd deemed a decent Meridian boarding facility. Was I ever wrong! Gloom replaced their usual exuberant smiles and happiness, and I knew something wasn't right.

Clearly their sweet demeanor had been taken advantage of, and I was responsible. Lethargic, dehydrated and dirty... they'd been neglected. Although glad I'd returned early, I felt sad for those unfortunate pets to follow. Regrettably, this business continues to exist.

I tearfully grasped just how much pet owners needed an alternative choice, and with little hesitation proudly licensed and introduced PawsWatch Professional Pet Sitting LLC, becoming a FIRST for Meridian Idaho!

A happy choice all the way around... kindness, comfort and convenience! And what a bonus to fill my every day in the company of cats and dogs and birds, bunnies, ducks, ferrets, goats, horses, llamas, etc! So much delight yet so little time. Requests overflowed, playing havoc to my personal commitment in providing each pet the most exceptional care. Upon turning away clients due to lack of time, I knew it was necessary to make the very sad choice of discontinuing doggie care :( 

Focusing now entirely on cat sitting, PawsWatch is appropriately CatSitter Meridian. With genuine understanding and appreciation for kitty behavior, I feel privileged as each cats' caregiver. And just as we cat lovers know all too well, cats purrr~~~ pleasurably on the receiving end of privilege!
