CatSitter Meridian — purrr~~~

Pictured here after swim in the Boise River, these precious girls would become my inspiration leading to Meridian's FIRST 'Professional' Pet Sitter business benefitting endless numbers of local area pets!

Year 1994, after arriving back from Canada earlier than expected, I hurried anxiously to pick up sisters Gidget and Rosie at what I thought to be a decent Meridian boarding facility. Upon entering impromptu expecting to find my pups in exuberant happiness, I was overcome with heartache when realizing neglect, their sweet demeanor taken advantage of. Gloom had replaced their normal energy and smiles; they were lethargic and dehydrated with coats unkempt. This business exists still today for unsuspecting pet owners.

As we drove home, I tearfully realized there simply had to be an alternative choice for pet owners, and with little hesitation 'PawsWatch LLC' was the FIRST Licensed Professional Pet Sitter business to adorn Meridian Idaho!

A happy choice, bringing kindness and comfort to pets, with convenience and clear peace of mind for their humans! My own personal bonus... the delightful daily company of cats and dogs and birds, bunnies, ducks, ferrets, goats, horses, llamas, etc! 

Multitudes of pet rewards were lovingly received by PawsWatch! So much so that its demand was much greater than anticipated, affecting my personal commitment to provide all pets with exceptional care. Recognizing necessary inevitable change, my choice to discontinue dog care was a sad one :(

Focusing now entirely on cat sitting, PawsWatch is appropriately CatSitter Meridian. With genuine understanding and appreciation for kitty behavior, I feel privileged to be their caregiver. And just as we cat lovers know all too well, cats purrr~~~ pleasurably on the receiving end of privilege!
